Before giving an order to our supplier,we will ask for samples of different batch for testing.We test these samples on several cell lines - including primary cells - that are very sensitive to endotoxin and attachment/growth factors.According to the result only the best lots will be selected and provided to our customers.
We are using FBS (South American Origin,26-500-FBS) from Ephraim Lifescience.It works quite well with Hek 293 cells line and primary microglial cultures.The cells cultured with this FBS grow fast and are good condition for experiments.
